Class Terms and Conditions

I certify that my answers are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. Hours spent in all of BANANA NAILS workshops are not hours credited towards a Nail Technician License anywhere in the United States. These workshops do not give permission to re-teach techniques used during the education without the express written consent of BANANA NAILS. Deposit is non-refundable. Deposit will be returned only if the workshop is canceled BANANA NAILS. Full payment will be due at the beginning of the workshops. If you (the attendee) are unable to attend the workshop after you paid your deposit and/or workshop in full, you will have a chance to retake a future workshop specific to what you cannot attend within 3 months of the original workshop date. BANANA NAILS needs to be notified 72 hours before the start of the workshop or no credit will be given towards re-taking the workshop at a date within 3 months of the cancelled workshop. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: BANANA NAILS is a specialty art workshop for licensed Nail Technicians & Nail Art Enthusiasts who learn new skills as a hobby. I understand that the operators in this school are not being held out as skilled professionals, but only as students. That as a consequence of this fact, I am receiving a reduction in the prices customarily charged for these services. Therefore, in consideration for these reduced charges and for the use of the services and facilities provided by BANANA NAILS, I hereby understand and agree to release and hold harmless BANANA NAILS, its employees, enrolled students, and instructors from any and all liability for injuries which I may sustain resulting from the negligence of BANANA NAILS, its employees, enrolled students, and instructors. I further understand that the services being rendered to me are at my own and sole risk and I agree to release and hold harmless BANANA NAILS, its employees, enrolled students and instructors from any injury to me and from the loss of any personal property of mine when on its premises. By agreeing to the RELEASE OF LIABILITY, I have read and fully understand and agree to be bound by the terms and you agree that all information filled is true and accurate and agree to all rules and guidelines.
