Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary and safety reasons, no return or refunds are allowed. All equipment’s are delivered with the original manufacturer warranty, please make sure to register your product and reach out to them if needed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

SHIPPING : Shipping are within 1-2 business days of purchase. We do not process orders during weekends and federal holidays which means orders placed on these times will begin processing the following business day.

Delivery times depend on your location. Banana Nails cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, US Holidays, etc.

DAMAGED : please take a picture and email it to info@banana-nails.com with your order # , we will reply within 48 business working hours.

LOST ORDER : please email us at info@banana-nails.com with your order # so we can investigate.

We are not responsible for lost packages after delivered to correct address.
