Salon rules for clients.

Thank you for being a loyal and supportive client of Banana Nails. We are excited to announce that as of now, we will reopen on Wednesday, June 3rd!

We value your loyalty and want to assure you that we are taking your safety and health with the utmost seriousness and care - it is our commitment, as licensed salon professionals. There are many new safety and sanitation rules that we are implementing, but we are informing you of those most important prior to our re-opening.  Please review our updated guidelines and let us know if you have any questions.

New salon guidelines:

  • If you feel unwell or think you may have been exposed to COVID-19, please call the salon to reschedule.

  • We are not accepting  walk-in clients. You can book an appointment online (from your phone or laptop) at banana-nails.com

  • Appointment time. Please arrive at the exact time of your appointment, if you're a little early please wait outside, let us prepare for your service (clean, sanitize, set up new tools). If you are running more than 15 min late we will need to reschedule your appointment with charging a late reschedule fee (you can check our policies at banana-nails.com).  We will not be able to provide a service ( for example: nail design)  if you didn't book it, unfortunately we can't be late with our next appointments.

  • Before appointment procedure. We will be checking the temperature of every person coming in and you will be asked to complete a brief health questionnaire. Please, wash and sanitize your hands before the procedure. All customers and employees must wear a covering of the nose and mouth while in the salon. If you forget yours,  we have face masks for purchase.

  • Waiting zone. Unfortunately we will need to close our waiting area , meaning - no accompanying. Please don't make us ask your husband, friend, mom or child to wait for you outside.

  • Appointment. To minimize touching, please send an image of the design you want to your nail tech (she will look on her phone instead of touching yours). Please keep all personal belongings to a minimum and on your lap. Color books will be available for viewing , but not touching. We will be keeping it cooler in the salon to accommodate the heat from wearing masks, so please bring a sweater if you get chilly.

  • No beverages. We are unable to offer any beverages, or magazines at this time until health and safety regulations allow.  We understand this will also be a great struggle for many of us! If you would like to enjoy coffee during your appointment, you may bring your own.

  • Payment. You will be asked to pay through the booking app (fresha) to reduce touching and keep distance.  (As you know tips are not required, but appreciated . Please notice we are not able to add tips through the online payment system, but we have Zelle, PayPal, Venmo. Thank you for understanding).

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. We have a ‘new normal’ to adjust to, but we will all get through this.

Stay Healthy and Safe.

Kindly, Banana Nails team.
